CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-149 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 19-25 FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second readings of Ordinance No. <br />19-25 amending City Code Chapter 218, Fee Schedule; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 19-25 is lengthy, and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city <br />to publish a summary of an ordinance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />summary of Ordinance No. 19-25, is approved for publication according to State Law and City <br />Charter. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of November, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />Page 355 of 406
