<br /> <br />In addition to the PMA, an additional Final Reimbursement Amount (FRA) will be allocated <br />proportionally to grant participants, determined based on eligible project expenses submitted <br />and available remaining grant program funds. <br /> <br />Once the attached resolution to enter into the grant agreement is approved, signed, and <br />forwarded to MCES, the grant agreement is prepared separately by MCES and forwarded to <br />cities. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. 25-160, entering into a grant agreement between <br />the City of Lino Lakes and Metropolitan Council of Environmental Service for the improvement <br />of publicly owned infrastructure. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
