CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-154 <br /> <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH <br />TYLER HEUBSCH DBA DEALER UNITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for Lino Lakes <br />Dealership and Offices located at 7920 Lake Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 1, Block 2, Pine Glen; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />that the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Tyler <br />Heubsch DBA Dealer Units is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to <br />execute such agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of November, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />Page 55 of 406
