It is legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, Pine Glen, an existing subdivision platted in <br />2006. A regional stormwater pond exists in the southeast corner of the site. <br /> <br />Zoning and Land Use <br /> <br />The lot is zoned GB, General Business.
