CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-167 <br />APPROVING A TOBACCO LICENSE FOR LINO LAKES TOBACCO & VAPE, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Lino Lakes Tobacco & Vape, Inc. has submitted a tobacco license application <br />for the site located at 717 Apollo Drive, Lino Lakes, MN 55014; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant will be required to pass a background check completed by the <br />Lino Lakes Police Department, make payment of all fees and complete any required city and <br />state application forms as a condition of license approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, that the <br />City hereby approves the issuance of a tobacco license to Lino Lakes Tobacco & Vape, Inc. with <br />said approval contingent upon applicants meeting all city and state requirements for said <br />licenses, including but not limited to a successful background check, and payment of all license <br />fees. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of December, 2025. <br />Ro R fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
