CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.25-169 <br />ESTABLISHING PRECINCT POLLING AND <br />ABSENTEE VOTING LOCATIONS FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 204 B.16, subd. 1 requires the governing body of each <br />municipality to designate by ordinance or resolution polling places for each election precinct <br />each year no later than December 31 st; and <br />WHEREAS, the polling places designated by resolution in December of each year are <br />the polling places to be used for elections in the following calendar year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is to establish the responsible authority and location for absentee <br />voting for the 2026 election and future elections until this resolution is superseded. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes that the following polling locations are designated for use in calendar year 2026 and future <br />years until this resolution is superseded: <br />• Precinct #1 - Lino Lakes PW Bldg./Senior Center, 1189 Main Street <br />• Precinct #2 - Lino Lakes Fire Station #1, 7741 Lake Drive <br />• Precinct #3 - St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Elm Street <br />• Precinct #4 - City Hall, 600 Town Center Parkway <br />• Precinct #5 - Rice Creek Covenant Church, 125 Ash Street <br />• Precinct #6 - Lino Lakes Fire Station #2, 1710 Birch Street <br />• Precinct #7 - Living Water Lutheran Church, 865 Birch Street <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that absentee voting shall be administered by the City of <br />Lino Lakes at City Hall, located at 600 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, MN 55014, and by <br />Anoka County at the Anoka County Government Center, located at 2100 Third Avenue, Anoka, <br />MN 55303, for the 2026 election and future elections until this resolution is superseded. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8"' day of December, 2025. <br />�, ti - - <br />Ro erty, Mayor <br />Attest:`�x.-� <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
