CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-173 <br />ADOPTING THE 2026 FINAL BUDGET AND LEVY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has developed a 2026 budget and resulting tax levy for <br />taxes payable 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, after holding budget work sessions, the City Council adopted a 2026 <br />preliminary levy on September 22, 2025, and certified such levy to the County Auditor; and <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has continued to meet and refine the 2026 budget and levy; <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require the final adopted levy be certified to the <br />County Auditor on or before five working days after December 20. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that a <br />2026 budget for the following funds be adopted as presented: <br />Fund <br />Revenues <br />Expenditures <br />General Fund <br />$15,968,999 <br />$15,968,999 <br />Rookery Activity Center <br />$2,163,538 <br />$1,908,439 <br />Water Fund <br />$8,768,841 <br />$8,768,841 <br />Sewer Fund <br />$9,623,705 <br />$9,623,705 <br />Storm Water Fund <br />$735,341 <br />$735,341 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $18,069,665 be levied and spread for taxes payable 2026. <br />The amount levied is for the following purposes: <br />Operating Levy $ 16,382,062 <br />Debt Levy <br />G.O.
