CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25-178 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WSB PROPOSAL FOR THE NORTHWEST WATER <br />SUPPLY FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has identified intermittent low-pressure concerns <br />within the northwest portion of the municipal water distribution system; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB has submitted a proposal dated November 6, 2025 to conduct a Northwest <br />Water Supply Feasibility Study, which includes data collection, hydrant flow testing, hydraulic <br />model updates, scenario analysis, cost estimating, and preparation of a final report; and <br />WHEREAS, all work is to be performed under the terms of the existing Professional Services <br />Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and WSB dated January 1, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB has proposed to complete the work for a not -to -exceed fee of $24,800. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />proposal submitted by WSB for the Northwest Water Supply Feasibility Study is hereby <br />approved, and the City Administrator is authorized to execute the documents necessary <br />to initiate the work. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of December, 2025. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />
