There being no one present wishing to speak, the public <br />63 hearing was closed at 6:52 p.m. <br />64 <br />65 i. Resolution No. 11 -123, Adopting the Final 2011 Tax Levy Collectible in 2012. <br />66 <br />67 Council Member Gallup moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -123 as presented. Council Member <br />68 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />69 <br />70 ii. Resolution No. 11 -126, Adopting the 2011 Recreation Fund. <br />81 <br />82 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -126 as presented. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />84 <br />85 2B) Resolution No. 11 -127, Committing Specific Revenue Sources in Special Revenue Funds - <br />86 Finance Director Rolek noted that at the last meeting, the council adopted policy language relating to <br />87 GASB Statement #54 categorizing the city's fund balances. A portion of that policy calls for the <br />88 council to commit certain revenue sources towards a special purpose and this resolution commits the <br />89 recreation program fees toward that fund source in line with the policy. <br />90 <br />2 <br />
