Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />IMO adoption: <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -02 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2012 OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed it patch the existing street, and place a bituminous wearing course over <br />the entire surface on recommended segments, and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to fmance the project using the 2012 budget of $123,649.44 Allocated <br />for street repair and the $300,000 in County turn back funds allocated for Lilac Street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is directed to prepare <br />plans and specifications for the 2012 Overlay project and shall be paid by the hour in an amount not <br />to exceed $24,000 <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adoption by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of January, 2012 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />P31 <br />
