P25 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-06 <br />APPROVING TOBACCO LICENSE FOR <br />CHOMONIX GOLF COURSE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Anoka County for a <br />Tobacco License to allow the sale of cigars at Chomonix Golf Course; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has paid the required fee, and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the application and verified that licensing <br />requirements are met; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has completed the required <br />background investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves a tobacco license <br />for Chomonix Golf Course at 700 Aqua Lane, subject to all the fees, provisions and <br />conditions of the laws of the city, state and of the federal government. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of January, 2012. <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
