• <br />ATTACHMENT A, RESOLUTION 12 -09 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 01 -12 <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance sections regulating Beverage <br />Production and Bottling, Brewer's Taprooms, and Brew Pubs. <br />The purpose of amending these sections of the Zoning Ordinance is to clarify the <br />regulations regarding the production and bottling of alcoholic beverages and uses that <br />are customarily associated with such activities. <br />Section 1.Subdivision 2.B of the Zoning Ordinance will include definitions for the <br />terms `Beverage Production and Bottling', 'Brewer Taproom', and `Brew Pub'. <br />Section 7 of the Zoning Ordinance will be modified to include the use of Brew <br />Pub in the Limited and General Business zoning districts. <br />Section 8 of the Zoning Ordinance will be modified to include the uses Beverage <br />Production and Bottling and associated uses of Brewer Taproom, Liquor Sales, <br />and Outdoor Dining and Seating in the Light and General Industrial zoning <br />districts. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on January 23rd, 2012. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
