He believes that he is exempted under state law and also because he is <br />20 running for an elective office. The council directed staff to provide an update on the city's peddler <br />21 regulations at the next work session. <br />22 <br />23 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />24 <br />25 The agenda was amended to include an announcement of the Lino Lakes Community Emergency <br />26 Response Team (CERT) Blood Drive on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at Lino Lakes City Hall. <br />27 <br />28 Officer Chad Schirmers was recognized by the Council for being named the Lino Lakes Police <br />29 Department Officer of the Year. <br />30 <br />31 CONSENT AGENDA <br />32 <br />33 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items lA through 1I. Council <br />34 Member Roeser seconded the motion.
