Thepreliminary plat proposes 246units and <br />associated infrastructure. An AUAR was prepared for this area in 2005 and the City is <br />currently finishing the 2025 update. <br />• Grading <br /> <br />The Peltier PondsDevelopmentincludessite grading forthe 246unitsas well as <br />extensions of Peltier LakeDrive, Gordon Avenue, Watermark Wayand approximately six <br />local streets that are yet to be named. <br />Comments: <br />1.See redline comments on plans <br />2.Provide high points at all locations in the street and green spaces including between <br />all lots <br />Hill(11/10/2025)Plans revised as recommended. <br /> <br />
