P99 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -27 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12 -05 adopted the 9th day of January, 2012, a date for a <br />council hearing on proposed improvement of Otter Lake Road between Main Street and a point <br />approximately 440 feet northerly of Main Street by street construction and installation of sanitary <br />sewer, water main, storm sewer, traffic control signals and pedestrian/bicycle facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given <br />and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of February, 2012, at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed <br />with the preparation of plans and specifications, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. WSB and Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The <br />engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of , 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
