P 3 0 BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES April 9, 2012 <br />APPROVED <br />46 County regarding these properties and has been informed of the basis of their valuation and the <br />47 property is being valued as lakeshore. The Mayor noted that the City has seen the inequity and has IP <br />48 directed changes on the Anoka County side; the Hugo hearing is upcoming and he suggests that the <br />49 City be represented at that meeting to discuss this appeal. A council member agreed that the city <br />50 should talk with the other city on this; he is also speaking with a state legislator about dealing with <br />51 this type of situation through legislation. <br />52 <br />53 The council concurred that the city will be represented at the Hugo Board of Appeal. The Lino Lakes <br />54 Board of Appeal meeting was not closed and the council moved to continue the process to April 23, <br />55 2012, 6:00 p.m. to allow further discussion of the Bald Eagle properties.
