performing your daily activities safely and effectively. Lastly, alcohol has poor <br />health effects. It goes directly into your bloodstream and can increases your risk <br />of getting a disease. It can also damage every organ in your body. Alcohol use is a <br />proven indicator of car crashes, injury, and violence. In summary, any kind of <br />drug is horrible for you. <br />I now know to stay clear of tobacco, marijuana, and alcohol. All of these <br />types of drugs are illegal for people under the age of 18. Teen bodies are still <br />growing; therefore, these drugs adversely effect them in sports and school. In a <br />situation of peer pressure, I will be strong. I will trust myself to do what I know is <br />right for my health. I, Anna, will take the dare to say "no." <br />
