Did you know over 400 thousand people die each year because of smoking related causes? When a person at school says everyone smokes the nation survey is only 8 out of every 100 people smoke. Smoking can cause breathing problems and brandish yellow teeth and bad breath. Teens thought that smoking looks cool or that their family or friends do it. Smoking can cause emphysema or heart disease. It can shorten your life by ten years or more. Once you start smoking it is hard to stop because it has nicotine in it. Some people need to have a cigarette just to fell normal. People using marijuana should be arrested. When you do marijuana it makes you all goofy and kills brain cells. Marijuana has 50 -70% more chemicals than a cigar /cigarette. Marijuana is the worst kind of drug you can take? Marijuana is the most widely drug used in America. It is made up of dry shredded green /brown leaves also mixed with flower stems. This plant is called Sativa. Alcohol can cause loss of coordination, slow reflexes, and loss of self - control. Alcohol can also causes poor judgment, memory lapses and slows down your brain and body causing slurred speech. What is alcohol made up of? Alcohol is created when grain, fruit or vegetables are fermented. It can be put into a cleaning solution. When people drink alcohol it absorbed into their blood stream. It affects the central nervous system. We now know the human is still developing during your teenage years. They are still trying to figure out what effaces on the teenage brain.
