Ms. Weiner noted that the results of that
appeal hearing is a significant reduction in the Washington County assessment of those owner's
properties. Anoka County had already lowered the valuation of the property somewhat. Since none
of the group of property owners is attending this hearing, she believes they are satisfied with the
results.
The properties involved are:
PIN
36- 31 -22 -44 -0001
36-31-22-44-0004
36-31-22-44-0005
36- 31 -22 -44 -0006
36- 31 -22 -44 -0008
36- 31 -22 -44 -0009
Property Owner
Silk, James Willis
Kulas, John E.
Grisard, Judy & Errol
Wall, Robert & Kathy
Wisniewski, Michael
Guardini, James & Mari
Address
6121 W. Bald Eagle
Mayor Reinert, on the question of the valuation of the six Bald Eagle properties in Lino Lakes,
suggested that he feels the Anoka County valuation is accurate. He understands that the property
owners may want to consider some type of property annexation as a more permanent solution to their
situation.
Council Member Roeser moved to accept the valuation of the Bald Eagle properties as presented.
Council Member Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote.
The council offered thanks to Ms. Weiner for her persistence and guidance in righting the situation
for those properties owners.
ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
1
