The service is complete except for one property owner that is proving difficult to serve. He <br />20 will continue to work toward the goal of getting all necessary papers served before the July hearing on <br />21 the matter. <br />"77 <br />23 SETTING TIIE AGENDA <br />24 <br />25 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />26 <br />27 CONSENT AGENDA <br />28 <br />29 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve the Consent Agenda.
