• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />1 <br />3 <br />4 <br />DRAFT <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />May 14, 2012 P20 <br />5 DATE : May 14, 2012 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:30 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 7:25 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Stoesz, O'Donnell, Rafferty, <br />9 Roeser, and Mayor Reinert <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : none <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator Jeff Karison; Community Development Director Michael <br />13 Grochala; Chief of Police John Swenson and City Engineer Jason Wedel. <br />14 <br />15 PUBLIC COMMENT <br />16 <br />17 Adam Johnson, 2055 Otter Lake Drive, noted that he is in the process of petitioning the city for a <br />18 cartway and is trying to fulfill the requirement of serving a hearing notice on affected property <br />19 owners. The service is complete except for one property owner that is proving difficult to serve. He <br />20 will continue to work toward the goal of getting all necessary papers served before the July hearing on <br />21 the matter. <br />"77 <br />23 SETTING TIIE AGENDA <br />24 <br />25 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />26 <br />27 CONSENT AGENDA <br />28 <br />29 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Items 1A through 1E as <br />30 presented. Council Member Roeser seconded the motion.
