P46 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -60 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />2012 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform cleaning and repair activities to the City's surface water <br />management system in accordance with the City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given <br />and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of February, 2012, at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. WSB & Associates is hereby declared as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for the 2009 Surface Water Management Project for <br />the amount of $15,000. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of , 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
