Mr. Zaliagiris works as an independent contractor <br />for Southwestern Company and plans to travel through the Lino Lakes' neighborhoods <br />going door to door selling educational products. <br />The City has received all the necessary forms required to issue this company a license. <br />The Lino Lakes Police Department has performed the required background check on Mr. <br />Zaliagiris. <br />The application and all other information related to this matter is on file in the city clerk's <br />office for review. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution No. 12 -61, Approving the issuance of a.
