P21 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -62 <br />APPROVING USE OF CITY PROPERTY FOR BLUE HERON DAYS EVENTS <br />WHEREAS participants in Blue Heron Days are requesting use of Lino Park for Blue Heron <br />Days events; and <br />WHEREAS, certain activities are not excluded activities under the City's current liability <br />insurance and are covered without any additional cost to the City. <br />WHEREAS, excluded activities have provided the City with Certificates of Insurance listing the <br />City as an Additional Insured. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes the <br />use of City property for Blue Heron Days Events is approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of July, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
