That Chapter 8, Section 8.01, 8.02, 8.03, 8.04, 8.05 and 8.06 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter be and are hereby repealed: <br />Section 8.01. Power to Make Improvements and Levy Assessments. <br />Section 8.02. Effective Charter Provisions, Except as Provided in <br />Section 8.07. Local improvements (the term "local improvement" shall mean a public <br />improvement financed partly or wholly from special assessments) shall be carried out <br />A <br />Section S.03.
