• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -83 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE <br />2012 STORMWATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the storm water maintenance project, quotes were <br />received, and the following quotes were received complying with the request <br />Contractor Amount of Quote <br />C.W. Houle $75,268.00 <br />Penn Contracting $117,675.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />1.
