CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -84 <br />• <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, 2012 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted June 11, 2012, awarding the <br />contract for the 2012 Mill and Overlay Project to North Metro Asphalt; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Change Order No. 1 is approved for a revised contract amount of $213,354.33. <br />Adoption by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of August, 2012 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />• <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />• <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
