CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -103 <br />APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT REQUEST FOR SEALCOAT STRIPING <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 13, 2012, awarding the <br />contract for the 2012 Sealcoat Striping to Century Fence; <br />WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in the invoice provided by Century Fence; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Final Payment Request is approved for a final contract amount of $15,388.70. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this 8th day of October, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />• <br />
