6. Each city shall be responsible for its own acts and omissions and those of its <br />officers, employees and agents. However, to simplify the defense of any action <br />the parties may consolidate liability in one or more cities. Under no <br />circumstances, however, shall a city be required to pay on behalf of itself and <br />another city, any amount in excess of the limits on liability established in <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 466 applicable to any one city.
