Affected <br />property owners received mailed notice of this proceeding and have been allowed ample time to <br />pay the delinquent charges. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 12 -107 authorizing the certification <br />of delinquent water and sewer utility charges to be collected with 2012 property taxes payable in <br />2013 at an interest rate of 8% per annum. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Listing of Delinquent Utility Accounts <br />
