Wedel, City Engineer <br />MEETING DATE: October 22, 2012 <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 12 -104, Adopting Assessments, 2012 <br />Individual Property Which Requested Connection to City Utilities <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />BACKGROUND <br />The property owner has submitted a singed waiver, which waives their rights to a hearing and <br />waives their rights to appeal under the Lino Lake City Charter and/or Minnesota Statute 429 <br />provided that the assessment associated with the improvement is levied against their property, or <br />they have entered into a Performance Contract with the City. We are prepared to adopt the <br />assessment for the following individual property, which requested connection to city utilities: <br />726 Main Street <br />Attached is a breakdown of the individual property assessment. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution 12 -104, Adopting Assessments, 2012 Individual Properties Which Requested <br />Connection to City Utilities. <br />
