Due to the length of this ordinance, if the council <br />approves the ordinance, staff is requesting authorization to publish the ordinance in a summary <br />form. Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.191 allows for summary publication when appropriate; a <br />copy of the summary is attached to Resolution No. 12 -134. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. 12 -134, Authorizing Summary <br />Publication of Ordinance No. 12 -12 (the 2013 City Fee Schedule). <br />
