SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />403. INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS <br />For reference purposes only, this portion of the Code has been numbered at the bottom of <br />each page. Feel free to mark or flag the pages with questions, concerns or corrections. <br />There will be ongoing minor typesetting / formatting changes. <br />These two Code sections contain very few new corrections, and none substantive. These <br />reflect the current state of our ordinances, and show, for example, the sprinkling ban <br />ordinance passed by the Council in 2004 ( incorporated as section 401.03). Minor <br />changes have been made to make sections consistent, and in some cases, references to a <br />dollar amount have been changed to an incorporation by reference of the City Council <br />
