• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LADS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-03 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR MILLERS CROSSROADS 2N ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the rezoning of he site with Ordinance Nos. 19 -03 and <br />20 -03 on September 22, 2003, and <br />WFMREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Millers Crossroads with <br />Resolution 03 -142 on August 22, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for the first phase, Millers Crossroads, with <br />Resolution 04 -24 on February 23, 2004, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 03 -142 included a phasing plan for the final platting of the site with a <br />specified number of dwelling units in each phase in accordance with the City's growth <br />management policy and subdivision ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Millers Crossroads 2nd Addition received by the City November <br />30, 2004 is consistent with the preliminary plat and phasing plan. <br />NOW,' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Millers Crossroads2nd Addition. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council accepts the trail easement which includes <br />the trails constructed along Birch St. and Hodgson Rd.
