CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -22 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3R AND REVISED FINAL <br />PAYMENT FOR THE ELM STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Elm Street Reconstruction Project, including <br />Change Order No. 3R has been completed by Frattalone Excavating and <br />Grading, Inc. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will began on November 8, <br />2004. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Number 7R (revised final) in the increased amount of $3,545.25 and <br />Change Order No. 3R (Compensating) is approved for a total contract amount of <br />$1,420,523.03. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of February, 2005. <br />John J.
