CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -28 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />HIGHLAND MEADOWS EAST 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Highland Meadows East 2nd Addition was approved <br />with Resolution 04 -57 by the City Council on July 26th, 2004 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Highland Meadows East 2nd Addition complies with City <br />requirements and the conditions of Resolution 04 -57 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Highland Meadows East 2nd Addition. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of March, 2005. <br />Jolm J.
