Baldwin Park Master Plan Project <br />Tentative Project Schedule <br />TENTATIVE MEETING SCHEDULE: <br />■ Pubic Programming Meeting: <br />April 14th, 2005 @ 6:30 or 7:00 pm. <br />This meeting is a start-up meeting held with the public in the surrounding <br />neighborhoods, the city staff, task force, etc. to introduce the project, explain the <br />process and gather input from everyone to include in the master planning process. <br />(Note: We are allowing a 3 -week period in between the programming meeting <br />and the conceptual design meeting to allow a meeting with the task force / city <br />staff to review and comment on the concept plans prior to the public meeting. <br />There may be minor revisions necessary prior to the public meeting.) <br />• Conceptual Design Public Meeting: <br />May 5t', 2005 @ 6:30 or 7:00 pm. <br />This is a public meeting where Brauer would present two to three conceptual <br />designs for the park based on the input gathered at the first meeting. The public <br />would review the concepts, provide review and input on the designs, provide <br />priorities for the elements in the plan, etc. <br />• Preliminary Master Plan Public Open House Meeting: <br />May 19th, 2005 @ 6:30 or 7:00 pm. <br />This is a public open house meeting where the revised plan, based on comments <br />from the conceptual design meeting, would be available for the public to review <br />and comment on one final time before taking the plan to the city for approval. <br />• Final Master Plan to Park Board Meeting: <br />June 7, 2005 @ 6:30 p.m. <br />This is a public meeting to present the final plan to the Park Board for approvals. <br />3/18/2005 <br />1 of 1 <br />
