• <br />• <br />City Council <br />Marshan Lakeview <br />April 11, 2005 <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat approval request is based on the following submittals: <br />Grading, Drianage and Erosion Control Plan; Utility Plan; Preliminary Plat; Certificate of <br />Survey; Tree Preservation Study; and Resource Inventory Survey received December 13, <br />2004. <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on March 9, 2005, the Planning & Zoning Board conducted a <br />public hearing and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to the conditions listed <br />in the meeting minutes; and <br />WHERAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's zoning ordinance <br />and subdivision ordinance subject to certain conditions of approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves <br />the preliminary plat for Marshan Lakeview subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All lots created by the plat shall connect to city sanitary sewer and water; assessments <br />will be recorded with the final plat. <br />2. Issues discussed in the City Engineer review memo must be addressed to his satisfaction. <br />3. Park dedication shall be paid in accordance with city policies. <br />4. The applicant shall submit an executable conservation easement over the wetland portion <br />of Lot 1, Block 2 prior to the execution of the final plat by the city. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of April 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
