• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 6.E.i. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />CC MEETING DATE: April 11, 2005 <br />TOPIC: Resolution Number 05 -49 <br />Final Plat <br />Vaughan Addition <br />ACTION REQUIRED: 3/5 vote <br />BACKGROUND <br />Mike Vaughan has requested approval of a five lot single- family residential subdivision entitled <br />Vaughan Addition. The subject property is located on the south side of Birch Street <br />approximately 2,180 feet east of Ware Road. <br />The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as approved by the City Council <br />on January 10, 2005. The title commitment for the property and final plat has been forwarded to <br />the City Attorney for review and are acceptable. The applicant has submitted a Rice Creek <br />Watershed District permit and a revised final plat depicting right of access granted to Anoka <br />County. All other conditions of approval will be met with building permit review of the <br />subdivision or through the development contract between the applicant and the city that is still <br />being developed. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the application at the March 9, 2005 meeting and <br />recommended approval. <br />OPTIONS. <br />1.
