The 30 foot street width (gutter to gutter) and 60 foot wide right of ways as shown are acceptable. A <br />note should also be provided that existing subgrade material shall be removed and replaced with <br />compacted granular at locations and depths as directed by the City Engineer or the geotechnical <br />engineer. <br />?. The applicant shall be responsible for the verification of any existing well and septic locations on <br />both the subject property and adjoining properties to assure compliance with the State of Minnesota <br />requirements as previously expressed. In addition, development of the property will require the <br />removal of existing, buildings, surface structures, and possibly underground facilities. The applicant <br />shall be responsible for the proper removal of all facilities in accordance with State of Minnesota and <br />City of Lino Lakes regulations. <br />3. As previously stated, the plat, including access from CS A H 23 will be subject to the review and <br />approval of Anoka County. <br />• <br />• <br />
