These would include, but not necessarily be limited to: <br />> The make up of the customer classes for the utility <br />> The basis of the storm water utility charges (i.e. impervious area versus <br />customer classes) <br />> Operational costs attributable to the storm water utility <br />> Storm water credit system for on -site detention/treatment <br />The other funding sources recommended have project specific applications that <br />can be used to reduce the cost of the PMR that must be supported by property <br />taxes, special assessments, and the storm water utility.
