7 <br />DRAFT 5/2 /05 <br />four - tenths (0.4) foot candles (meter reading) as measured <br />at the property line per the method outlined in Section 3, <br />Subd. 4.F.5 of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance. <br />b. Cutoff— The luminaire shall contain a cutoff, which directs <br />and cuts off the light at an angle of ninety (90) degrees or <br />less, except lights highlighting architectural features or <br />landscaping. <br />c. Height — Parking and Roadway fixtures and poles will not <br />exceed twenty five (25) feet above the ground grade, with <br />all pole heights to be uniform. No fixture mounted on a <br />building will exceed the height of the building. <br />d. Location — All outdoor light fixtures shall be set back a <br />minimum of ten (10) feet from a street right -of -way and <br />five (5) feet from an interior side or rear lot line. No light <br />source shall be located on the roof unless said light <br />enhances the architectural features of the building. <br />e. Hours of Operation — The use of outdoor lighting for <br />parking lots serving commercial and industrial businesses <br />shall be turned off one (1) hour after closing, except for <br />approved security lighting. ] <br />f. All illuminated on- premise signs for advertising purposes <br />shall be turned off between 12:00 AM and sunrise except <br />that said signs may be illuminated while the business <br />facility on the premise is open for service. <br />3. Exemptions: <br />a. This Lighting Plan does not prohibit the use of temporary <br />outdoor lighting used during customary holiday seasons. <br />b. This Lighting Plan does not prohibit the use of temporary <br />outdoor lighting used for civic celebrations and promotions. <br />Fixture Specifications: <br />1. Parking and Roadway lighting: <br />a. Fixture — Ruud Lighting "Square Dome" with 6" extended <br />pole mount; or approved equal. Color of all to be Bronze. <br />See Exhibit 2 <br />b. Pole Mount — Ruud lighting PS Series Crown -Weld poles; <br />or approved equal. Color of all to be Bronze. See Exhibit 3 <br />Wall and Accent Lighting: <br />a. Fixture — Ruud Lighting 8" Series SE5 "Up/Down Cutoff'; <br />or approved equal. Color to be bronze. See Exhibit 4 <br />b. Fixture — Ruud Lighting, Medium Parabolic Floodlight <br />LPM Series; or approved equal. Color to be bronze. Note: <br />Apollo Landing Site Design Standards page 13 <br />
