A seed such as Blue gramma should be used for this. <br />• Developer should submit a detailed NPDES plan for using BMP's on this site. <br />For example, the rock entrance should say, "at least 50 feet of rock entrance <br />shall be placed." The developer should indicate where on site the NPDS plan <br />and inspection reports would be located on site. <br />Motion to recommend approval with staff and Environmental Board <br />recommendations by Grundhoffer, 2nd by Bor.
