We are pleased to see that it has prospered, but feel the need to address a few issues. I will give you a little background as to what we face every day: The noise created by the fans is quite loud and will get louder once the air conditioning is running (a noise barrier would be appropriate); The parking lot on the north side of the building is rarely used. Instead, customers park on the south side of the building and on Lois Lane and create major safety problems (No Parking signs would be appropriate). It was understood that the paved area to the south of the building was intended to be a turn- around for drop off and delivery service, and would be curbed; There is much garbage laying around and blowing around into the neighborhood and beer bottles throw into our yard (an enclosure for the garbage cans would be appropriate). One issue that we have not yet had to face every day is the helicopter which they intend to install in their north parking lot and will be seen directly out our patio door. Having this helicopter is a great memorial to all who serve/have served for us and should be installed nearer to Lake Drive so that the public can enjoy it and we will not have to look at it every day out our patio.
