OBJECTIVE <br />Attract new businesses that are complementary to existing businesses and <br />residential areas, and will contribute to the customer attraction and business <br />interchange of local commercial areas. <br />3. OBJECTIVE <br />Commit city financial and staff resources to the redevelopment of commercial <br />and industrial properties. <br />4.
