Memorandum <br />To: City Council <br />From: Gordon Heitke <br />Date: July 11, 2005 <br />Re: Amended Agenda <br />As discussed and directed by the Council at the Wednesday, July 6, 2005 <br />work session, the Joint powers Agreement with Circle Pines would be <br />placed on the Monday agenda if all issues with Circle Pines were worked out <br />to the satisfaction of staff and the City Attorney. This has occurred and is <br />item 6 H on the amended agenda. <br />The amended agenda and staff report is attached. <br />
