IT IS HEREBY AGREED: <br />The applicants agree to abide by all rules set forth below, together with all ordinances and regulations <br />that may be imposed governing such activities. <br />1. Petition All residents living on the street or block in which the activity is planned, must <br />sign the petition indicating they consent or do not object to the block party. <br />2. Barricades The City of Lino Lakes will provide and deliver the barricades to a corner of <br />the block on the day before the scheduled party. Applicants shall be responsible for <br />placement and maintenance of the barricades. The barricades shall be placed at both ends of <br />the street or at the entrance of the cul -de -sac or dead end throughout the duration of the block <br />party. Applicant is then responsible for returning barricades to the corner for the City to pick <br />up. <br />3. Traffic The total roadway portion of the right - of-way shall be barricaded. Motorized <br />vehicles will not be permitted access /passage to any portion of the barricaded street. <br />Barricades shall be temporarily removed for authorized or emergency vehicles only. <br />4. Surface of Street No materials of any type (such as powder, sawdust etc.) shall be placed <br />on the public right -of -way. <br />5. Supervision Applicants shall maintain adult supervision at all times during the event. <br />6. Clean-up Applicants shall provide trash receptacles to prevent littering. Applicants shall <br />be responsible for the disposal of trash and garbage following the event. Such clean -up shall <br />be completed within 24 hours after termination of the activity, but in no event later than <br />midnight the following day of the block party. <br />7. Speakers No load speaker system shall produce sounds audible outside the areas <br />designated for the block party. <br />Signature of App axis L.. ; ,, Date <br />
