Marketplace Amendment, page 7 <br />requirements of the Lino Lakes Subdivison Ordinance. Development of said lots as specified <br />herein and in conformance with the Site Plan (Exhibit C) shall not require amendment to the <br />Planned Development Overlay (PDO). <br />4. Minor variations from the approved plans may be approved by the City's Development Review <br />Committee, under the direction of the Community Development Director. Substantial departures <br />from the approved plans will require an amendment to the Planned Development Overlay (PDO). <br />5. Unless otherwise specified herein the development shall be subject to the provisions of the Lino <br />Lakes Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable chapters of City Code. <br />6. Commencement of development on the subject property (Exhibit A), in conformance with the <br />plans attached hereto, shall be subject to the execution of a Development Agreement by and <br />between the City of Lino Lakes and the owner and subdivider of said property. <br />SECTION 3. <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously amended. <br />- 3 7 - <br />
