S.A.P. <br />to <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-92 <br />MAIN STREET NO PARKING RESTRICTION <br />210 - 020 -02 Main Street (Anoka County #14) from I -35E <br />Elmcrest Avenue in the City of <br />City of <br />Lino Lakes , Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this 11th day of July , 20 05 , by the <br />Lino Lakes in Anoka County, Minnesota. The <br />Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City ", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, The "City ", has planned the improvements of Main Street <br />State Aid Route No. 210 - 020 -02 from I -35E <br />Elmcrest Avenue in the City of Lino Lakes <br />Minnesota; and <br />to <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements of this <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid project must therefore be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on <br />I -35E to Elmcrest Avenue <br />both sides of Main Street: <br />at all times. <br />Dated this 11th day of July , 20 05 <br />ATTEST: <br />City of Lino Lakes , Minnesota. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
