Stucco or EFIS shall not extend closer <br />than three (3) feet to the ground plane. <br />Decorative metal cladding refers to decorative, metal cladding systems <br />such as copper, zinc, titanium, stainless steel and painted steel <br />components fixed to the outside of the primary wall system.
