• <br />City Council <br />Approving CSAH 14 Project <br />August 22, 2005 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -118 <br />APPROVING COUNTY PROJECT WITHIN MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LINTS <br />ANOKA COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY (CSAH) 14 <br />(I -35E TO EAST CORPORATE LIMITS) <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SP 02- 614 -23 & SP 210- 020 -02 showing <br />proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross - sections for the construction, <br />reconstruction or improvement of County State -Aid Highway No. 14 within the limits of the <br />City as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: that said plans be in all things approved and the City <br />Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the construction plans on behalf of the City.. <br />40 Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of August, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />• <br />John J.
